Shipping Method Options

1. SF Express Free Shipping Offer (Recommended)

· Applicable conditions: Free shipping for purchases over HKD $600 in Hong Kong
· Service options:
  · SF Express home delivery
  · SF Smart Locker self-pickup
· Tracking service: Tracking Number provided for real-time mail status tracking
· Features: Safe, fast, and reliable, suitable for professional products needed urgently

2. SF Pickup Point Special Shipping Rate

· Applicable conditions: For purchases over HKD $300, only an additional HKD $10 shipping fee is required
· Service type: SF Store and Service Centre self-pickup service
· Pickup process:
  1. After the parcel arrives at the designated SF Store or Service Centre, SF Express will send a pickup notification via the SF APP to the recipient (please download the SF Hong Kong app in advance)
  2. The recipient needs to verify their information at the SF Store or Service Centre before picking up the parcel
· Important notes:
  · The recipient must pick up the parcel at the designated location within 3 days from the date of the pickup notification message
  · Overdue parcels will be retrieved by SF Express

3. Hong Kong Post Service

A. Surface Mail

· Shipping fee calculation: Calculated according to Hong Kong Post's official website standards
· Estimated delivery time: Generally received within 2-10 working days
· Delivery method:
  · If no one is home to receive the mail, the postman will leave a notification card in the recipient's mailbox
  · The recipient needs to pick up the mail at the designated post office with the notification card
· Risk warning: We are not responsible for lost surface mail; for valuable or urgent items, it is recommended to choose other shipping methods

B. Registered Mail

· Features: Trackable mail status and requires signature upon receipt, higher security
· Postage calculation: Surface mail price + HKD $18 registered fee
· System setting: When selecting registered service, the system will automatically calculate the total registered postage

C. Smart Post Counter Service

· Features: Trackable mail status
· Pickup method: Pick up at a designated Hong Kong Post Office or Smart Post Counter
· Convenience: 24-hour self-pickup, more flexible time arrangement

Shipping Time Arrangement

In-stock Products

· Normal shipping time: All in-stock items will normally be shipped within 48 hours
· Special circumstances: In case of exceptional situations (e.g., typhoon, black rainstorm), we will contact the buyer directly to explain

Pre-ordered Products

· Processing principle: If the order includes pre-ordered items, we will ship all items together once they have all arrived
· Pre-order time: Pre-ordered items usually take 7-14 working days to arrive
· Arrival notification: Once all items have arrived, we will proactively contact the customer to arrange shipping
