- Hong Kong Post Surface Mail (This option is available for items under 250g).

Surface Mail - All shipping fees are calculated based on the Hong Kong Post website. Surface mail generally takes 2-10 days for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, a notification card will be placed in the recipient's mailbox, informing them to pick up the package at the post office. Customers assume their own risk; our store is not responsible for lost surface mail.

- SF Express or Smart Locker self-pickup (with Tracking no. for mail tracking)

Spend HKD $300 or more and only pay an additional HKD $10 shipping fee (SF pickup point special offer)

After the shipment arrives at the designated SF Store or Service Center, SF Express will send a notification via the SF app to the recipient for pickup (please download and enable notifications in advance). Important note: Recipients must pick up the shipment at the designated location within 3 days from the date of the pickup notification.

Overdue shipments will be retrieved by SF Express.

Pre-ordered items take 7-14 business days. Customers will be contacted for shipping arrangements upon arrival.
