but it is very well-known in Japan.

I feel like my skin is so good I could cry.

Hydrated, supple, clear, and radiant.

Although this sunscreen doesn't have a significant whitening effect,

MT sunscreen lotion contains no pigments and will not make the skin appear unnatural. Additionally, with an SPF of 34, it is gentler on the skin than SPF50. If used without makeup, it does not require makeup remover; it can be cleaned with just a facial cleanser.

Its texture is smooth, transparent, and refreshing, like water. It is easily absorbed, non-greasy, sweat- and water-resistant, effectively protecting against strong summer UV rays, combating photoaging, and safeguarding skin health. Enriched with Vitamin C and Vitamin E, it resists active oxygen damage caused by UV radiation and provides antioxidant benefits, maintaining healthy skin.

Based on their biological effects, ultraviolet rays are divided into four bands:

Ultraviolet rays are divided into UVA, UVB, and UVC. Among them, UVC has a shorter wavelength and is absorbed and scattered by the ozone layer in the atmosphere, so it cannot reach the ground. UVB has a medium wavelength and can only reach the epidermis of the skin, while UVA, with a longer wavelength, penetrates deep into the skin, damaging the dermis and causing skin aging.

UVA has a longer wavelength and stronger penetrating power. It can penetrate the skin's surface and reach tissues beneath the dermis, damaging collagen, elastic fiber tissues, and other microscopic structures within the skin, leading to wrinkles and fine lines, and causing skin to sag and age. This is medically known as photoaging.

In the energy distribution of solar ultraviolet rays, UVA is 15 times more potent than UVB and is the main cause of skin tanning. It can reduce the content of hyaluronic acid, which binds water in the skin, leading to dry skin, accelerating melanin formation, darkening skin tone, and is also an important cause of skin cancer.

The PA value indicates the sunscreen's ability to protect against UVA. The PA value was initially divided into three levels, as announced by the Japan Cosmetic Industry Association:

PA+ means sun protection

PA++ means very high sun protection

PA+++ means super high sun protection

In 2013, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (the Japanese government agency responsible for medical care, health, and social security) announced that the highest standard for UVA protection, PA, would be revised from the previous PA+++ to PA++++, and compliant sunscreen products could use the PA++++ label.
